He took time to truly understand what I'm looking for, which is not easy since sometimes I myself had to discover that. He helped with advice on any financial costs, any projected repair or re-design costs. I couldn't be happier. I had to give one score less than 5, so I gave 4 on negotiation skills -- I think I got a fair price. I've been in the house now for two years and couldn't be happier.
